Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account. If you do then your bank may be rejecting the payment. This is simply due to the nature of the transaction being a subscription. If this is the case, you'll need to contact your bank and ask them to authorise the payment to us. If this doesn't work, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will help to resolve this.
If there are insufficient funds in the account at the time of renewal, you will be notified via email. The system will automatically attempted to take payment again, up to 8 times in the coming days, before the subscription expires and is therefore no longer active.
