Artful subscription boxes are usually dispatched by the tenth working day of the renewal month, though there may on occasion be delays to the normal dispatch time due to supply issues that are out of our control, such as those caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. If we are aware that there is going to be a significant delay to delivery, we will contact our subscribers to let them know with as much advance notice as possible. 

Please note that though all renewals take place on the 3rd of the relevant billing month, this is not when the Artful boxes are dispatched. The advised ten working days are to allow time for customer care to complete any renewal amendments, such as address changes, and for the warehouse to pack and dispatch every order. 

The renewal months are; March, June, September, and December and the product schedule looks like this:

December - February. The same themed box runs throughout this period. 

March - May. The same themed box runs throughout this period. 

June - August. The same themed box runs throughout this period. 

September - November. The same themed box runs throughout this period. 

If you sign up to Artful and do not use the, 'Choose your 1st box' option during sign up, you will be sent the current quarter's theme which corresponds to the product schedule above i.e. if Watercolour is the theme between December and February, if you sign up during any of those months, that is the theme you will receive.

We use Royal Mail delivery should be attempted 3-5 working days after dispatch.

International Customers
We use a tracked service and delivery is usually attempted within 4-8 working days. However, please be advised our carrier advises that shipments to some destinations may take up to 30 days so please leave up to 30 days before contacting our customer service team.
